That seems to be the typical response, but I am also judging the "limit" the high mobility move can cause, as in this case, we are talking about GN particles overload, which we know is bad for the drive and the pilot. As far as I know F91, don't have a limit on how long it can maintain its "after image" - Lazyer can only do it for 3 minutes, I think.
