I can see how some future DNS or even a distributed white/yellow pages
might be improved by multiple character sets.  However, without a proper
framework for organizations to register their marks, such that they are
given as much protection as they deserve under law, it could have the
same problems as we currently have.  It's my opinion that some thought
needs to be given to an appropriate structure for registering marked
names.  Once that's solved, it will be easier to tackle other problems.
