Michael and all,

  You know Michael, optimism is a good thing, I subscribe to it myself.
Realism is more important however.  In order to have substance
that is realistic, and therefore optimistic, one must first have proper
process.  This therefore implies that any procedure that leads to
too good substance, must therefore be determined by a good process, or
one that is necessarily realistic.

  I, for one do not believe that we are seeing that presently....
