This is factually untrue. As a stock holder some policy decisions
are voted upon by stock holders, though not all. With ICANN as it is
now a member has NO vote on amy policy matters, and would not
even when a membership is in place. this is a SIGNIFICANT
difference that karl correctly pointed out. You obviously do not
own any stock in a publicly held company, Kent, and you certianly
don't know what you are talking about in this instance!!!

Not all of a publicly held companies financial records are a matter
of public record. Many are only available to stock holders. Again, yet

Yes, if they can afford the price. Publicly held companies
cannot charge entrance fees to stock holders.
