Yes, more than all of those.  A politician is widely known to be the lowest
form of life.  It is so universally acknowledged a truth that you can win an
election by saying so.

Henry Adams wrote (1870):  "They say that Congressmen these days are hogs.
I take their point.  But if a Congressman is a hog, what then is a Senator?"

Hasn't changed much.
