No you wouldn't see any records either. Or you shouldn't anyway.
that is the meaning of "Expunged" as I stated plainly in my response
(See below)... As for a case number, I don't have it handy. But as I
recall, the case records were sequestered at the request of D&B,
to which we agreed.... But I am not sure on that. At any rate, as
that information is still private in our records, you would need to file
a "Friend of the court filing" or a FOIA to receive that information
if it is available to be released from the proper court of jurisdiction
as I am not able to give that kind of information out publicly anyway...
