You can not be 95% free to speach. You are free or you are not free.
Freedom is just that: freedom.
To use freedom to insult or any other misbehavior is a right... and it is
the rigth of the other part to sue you or do whatever he/she can to
put punishment over you.
I dont defend Joe, I defend his right to speach.
(but I would not like to wear his shoes when he will find Elisabeth's husband
in the next ICANN meeting ! ;-) ).
