Maybe I should add that you of course should be able to breach the
contract, reveal the trade secrets and make the insults - without anyone
looking into your statements before you make them. However, you might be
held liable. But as I understand it Mr Baptista is ready to take on any
claims arising from his postings, so then there is no problem... let him
back on. There should be some ground for throwing people out of the
process, no matter how disturbing management and the public might find
them.
So - still awaiting those comments from the administrators .-)
