Because sooner or later ICANN will be :
- THE voice around electronic commerce, certification of world wide digital
signatures, and ANY other related internet theme.
- THE "the facto" new world wide "ruler" in all related to telecomunications.
- THE new POLITICAL forum for the goverments.
- THE king who will assign new frontiers, new territories, new nations, new ways
of communication (the new frontiers will start as comercial ones and with the
help of the electronic commerce will become political federations... and so on).
ICANN is the born of a new world wide establishment, a new order.
If you have any doubt of this, please print this mail and put it inside a book
that you intend to preserve. Check it in the next 30 years.
