LDAP and other things Paul mentioned are likely part of the right direction. Not sure how much you will need to focus on SQL, but that can never hurt. More you know about that, the better, and can't hurt to know about database design, etc. Surely if your working with LDAP back ends. LDAP is part of the LPI level 3 certification. So if your already beyond entry level, then that would likely be part of your focus/goal. Of course the RedHat certifications are industry standard now as far as Linux is concerned. -- William L.
