Ok well we can take that into consideration. Maybe do a presentation on that in January or February. Really up to the group. I was just thinking to keep things really light with no formal presentation for December. Given thats it 4 days before Christmas, for those that recognize and celebrate that holiday. As for deciding on meeting topics, its fine to take suggestions at the meetings. But I am not sure if we should always decided on topics, or just poll the people who show at that current meeting. Might be excluding others opinions and such. > I know I can cover the basics, by might need you to fill in some > dynamic dns holes. Well I don't do much with dynamic DNS stuff. I have always run my own dns servers and had static mappings for my stuff. Even the few things that rely on dynamic public ips rarely change and I just do static dns. Only changed 3-4 times in ~8yrs. Most everything else is already static IP so never had the need. Though I am sure others can fill in on any dynamic stuff. My experience is with bind DNS servers, config, zones, multiple networks/views, etc. -- William L.
