Mac will probably be my solution, especially since I just got two fancy condenser microphones and got them working on the mac.
My initial hope was to have an IRC channel if live streaming is possible. Someone could then relay questions from the room. Skype is another possibility to give external people voice, but the delays in transport will make things difficult. The primary issue was using one camera and encoding two feeds (SD and HD). If someone has a webcam that could be used, then two different computers can do the processing work. I believe I could get the rest working if someone has a camera that could be available for the meetings...... Michael Potts (904) 638-2914 Send from an Android Nexus One.
