I suppose it depends on the street. A place in Chennai is advertising an
8-piece chicken lunch for Rs 50. Their menu include IT Company Specials
(!). Rs. 45 for lunch, Rs. 35 for their breakfasts and dinners.

In Bangalore itself, there are places where you can reportedly get
idli&sambhar for Rs.10 and a cup of tea for Rs.8 more. That's all I want
anyway. I'm not a chicken person.
