We're in a university setting, so we have rooms full of computers that are used for teaching, as well as several public-user labs. We've had as many as 175-200 machines imaging at the same time. We do this during breaks so there's hardly anyone on campus, so we're not really concerned with network bandwidth or the time it takes for the image to run. We do this from three distribution points.
The only problem we have is after we try PXE-booting about the 10th machine, PXE takes forever to pull down the boot image.
