Some have complained about the "reply to list" feature we now have. Personally I like it, but I know sometimes people want to send to the originator only.
On Thunderbird (and maybe outlook, but I don't run M$ software so I don't know) you can right click on the email address in the "From" line of a message and select "Copy email address". Then when you reply, you can highlight the "To" line in the reply and replace it by entering a Ctrl-V. Now your email will go to the originator. Someone that runs Outlook can confirm (or not) that there is an equivalent right click menu item. If not, this is a great time to check out Thunderbird!
