I agree.

Whenever one of a group of things fails, it is likely that the others are soon 
to fail too.

The cost of new mounts is small compared to the effort required to change them.

Change them all at the same time...

Mounts on a marine propulsion engine are not like a car. Automobiles do not 
have shaft alignment issues. Motor mounts wear out. When one goes, replace them 
all. Front and rear Yanmar mounts sometimes have different stiffness. Be aware 
of this.
