They are Volvo md17c mounts Thanks all Assuming that you have some room to work with...change just the one that is broken. this is most easily done by loosening the TOP bolts from the ones that are good, including the bad one.. You will have to unbolt the coupling and probably slide the shaft back a bit first. Then using whatever source of lift you can find, board, prybar etc but not to much unbolt the bottom of the bad mount flange from the mounting surface. When you have replaced you should not have much adjustment to worry about as the others had not been moved. I am assuming in the water, if out...another story depending on time, fiberglass does shift in a cradle or stands.
