Florida is making itself into liveaboard hell and cruiser unfriendly. Higher fuel costs will help Florida reach its goal of entertaining zero out-of-state cruisers and liveaboards. Good luck in trying to get an accurate vote count this November. Early practice runs with mark-sense machines have not been encouraging. Why is that so I wonder?
