The last time the Alabama Water Police stopped me
for questioning as I was boarding my vessel and
did the de facto search, oops I mean safety
inspection, they asked me point blank, (verbatim)
"do you have a job"? (??!!) NO BS. Wonder what
THAT was about? Oh, they just are suspicious of
anyone who might be living anchored out on a small
boat, see they don't like 'bums' hanging
around...geeze.
