Stan, the Association is not allowed to make a profit in anyway unless they are licensed by the Utilities commission as a "utility". All they can do is read the meters and ask you to pay your portion of the bill. They can get into serious trouble if they assess you any monies above and beyond that in the name of furnishing power. Any other assessments have to be done as "association" dues, etc. As an association member, you should have access to the payments and invoices.
