Usually exhaust manifolding, close the cooling system, typically a lower  
pressure water pressure cap.. Install a raw water pump and cooler.   Depending 
you might also get engine oil, and trans coolers.
Then most will put on an engine to trans housing and damper plate, for  
whatever type of trans is typcially used for their product.
 
Once again ...depending...you might also have a different fuel filter  setup, 
and perhaps a different oil filter setup with drain hose  addaptions.
