If your tank doesn't have access beyond the fill hose, it's not going to get
clean. You can flood the tank with water and cut the top off. Then you can
clean manually. The county and probably the city have days when you can
bring contaminated fluid to the dump for disposal.

Considering that stuff is invovled that has to be disposed of  and that
stuff 

is not environmentally safe and that company deals with all that..

$300 is cheap in my book... I had expected that much to clean the tank out

before I open it up to reglass..

 

even if I were to luck out and find a suitable diesal for $1,000 that my
current

budget can afford... I would still have to have some kind of cleaning done..


So cleaning is worth the price... I mean where the heck would either of us

disposed of the bad stuff and what would it cost?  I think having a pro in
the 

field do it at that cost is a bargian..
