Yes... and there are several others that are a direct replacement as well..
anything over a grand is out of my current price range..

these are the direct replacements besides a marinized Kobuta aka beta

A direct replacement for an AT4 would be a Beta 20, Universal M3-20B, Yanmar
2GM20F, 3GM30F or the two new engines 3YM20 and 3YM30A
