This I would have to fully agree with, and will note that even with 'normal' bulbs connectors are an issue. Myself I would be interested in LED lights that bypass the socket, or use it only for mounting. Lets have the wires be hard wired. Have seen one LED Nav light bulb that way, it was sold as a 'Racing Bulband priced the same :-)
