12.5 seems high... where are they and do they allow liveaboards? I currently pay $7 per foot.. that is $231/month for me at the moment.. I am IN Baltimore.. dont ask about annapolis prices, they gave me a nosebleed that is why I am here..
12.5/foot x 33 feet = $412.50 if you add a liveaboard fee.. might as well rent an apt. Last fall when I was calling marinas in the Hampton/Norfolk/Little Creek area I Had a hard time locating one that allows liveaboards.... please let me know. I am up for a job at the Hampton VA and would prefer to move the boat and liveaboard than rent on land.. I was given this marina..
