Ah........ Must have had a cranial blockage. LA=Live Aboard Duh. Maybe the marina owner's reasoning stemmed from a Live Aboard boat being typically heavier than a non LA boat. Maybe he figured provisioning etc causes the LA boats to be closer to DWT limit maybe exceeding it. Better yet maybe the marina owner (probably as suggested by his lawyer) was trying to defend his inadequate safety systems at the marina by blaming the boat owner for the fatality. Ahmet S/V 8827
