Just to give an alternate, and perhaps easier (as well as much cheaper and more reliable) solution: I've been using a ClampTite tool to make SS wire band clamps for some 18 years now, and have never had one fail. I've even used it to make up propane hoses, and haven't had one leak either. http://www.clamptitetools.com/ (this is the factory site) Take a look at the "Repair hydraulic leaks in the field" section (a dealer's site): http://www.clamptool.com/pages/auto.html I don't own any stock in the company, but given how good the tool is and how often I find myself recommending these to other boaters, maybe I should. :) -- * Ben Okopnik * Editor-in-Chief, Linux Gazette * http://LinuxGazette.NET * _______________________________________________ Liveaboard mailing list [email protected] To adjust your membership settings over the web http://www.liveaboardnow.org/mailman/listinfo/liveaboard To subscribe send an email to [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] The archives are at http://www.liveaboardnow.org/pipermail/liveaboard/ To search the archives http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected] The Mailman Users Guide can be found here http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/mailman-member/index.html
