Yep. My recommendation for people like yourself is to download Ubuntu and try running it "live" - that is, don't install it, just run it from the CD and play with it to see if it's up to your "friendliness" standards. If you don't like it, just pitch the CD; it doesn't leave any footprints. > BTW, congrats on your new family addition. Thanks, Bob! Alexandra is a week old today, and everything is starting to settle down, so life is looking better and better every day. -- * Ben Okopnik * Editor-in-Chief, Linux Gazette * http://LinuxGazette.NET * _______________________________________________ Liveaboard mailing list [email protected] To adjust your membership settings over the web http://www.liveaboardnow.org/mailman/listinfo/liveaboard To subscribe send an email to [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] The archives are at http://www.liveaboardnow.org/pipermail/liveaboard/ To search the archives http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected] The Mailman Users Guide can be found here http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/mailman-member/index.html
