The galley stove on Bandersnatch was made by Hurricane Products (model 63-5200)
which I bought from Cabela's for $99.99 in 2002.
It is a two-burner, cast iron beast that looks like it was designed for a fish
camp. There are three valves for each burner which can be adjusted for
anything from gentle simmer to boiling a big pot of lobsters for a hungry mob.

We made a welded aluminum box to house it and connected it to our propane via a
ball valve. It all can be taken outside for maintenance.
It is not gimbaled. At first we thought we would make pot holders to clamp
onto the sides of the aluminum box but we don't cook when the weather makes up
offshore so the 'round tuit never appeared. There are cleats on the shelf to
keep the box from sliding.
Jan loves it.
Any baking is done in the toaster oven or microwave.
