In regards to Neal's question about his configuration....
that's a good question... it's back to the question of letter of the law vs 
intent.

All this talk makes me want to keep a sheet with all the relevant rules so that 
I can show the authorities who board, the actual rules they enforce
Sheesh.... soon we'll need to hire a company to keep us up to date on all the 
rules made by poo heads
