Strangely, I have the same problem when I switch the image type to jpeg. I get the same error message, and the command line shown in the terminal where I ran LiVES is
LANGUAGE=en LANG=en "/usr/bin/mplayer" -quiet -osdlevel 0 -vo jpeg:quality=85 -lavdopts o=threads=8 -noframedrop -ao pcm:fast:nowaveheader -mc 0 "Labor Day.mkv" </dev/null Again, running the command above directly from the terminal gives me a message about the system being too slow, but adding the '-autosync 30' option fixes it. Either way, if I run the above command in a terminal, I get jpg files and an audiodump.pcm file in the current directory.
