Well, since they didn't seem too keen on any of the names we users 
suggested, there's always the option of going halfway: keeping the 
initialism "LMMS" to ease the transition, but changing what it stands for 
to something like "Luminous Music Making Studio".

grep ^l /usr/share/dict/words |less and start looking for L-words ;)
