If you are so adamant about name change, I would use:

LMS = Linux Music Studio.

There is a conflict to other LMSs, but that's what it is.

Keeping Linux will not scare Windows users. On the opposite,
many of them are curious about what's going on on the other side, they
just have no time, or see no reason to try.
And you can always call it "Linux Music Studio for Windows" when selling
to them.

O yes, and the name has "MS" in it -:)
