A new domain doesn't mean a new design, those are two different things.

But to return to the original issue, here's why I wrote you should stop
calling on people to vote:
1. We really, really shouldn't rush this. This is a decision for the next 5
years at least. I want to give people the chance and the time to think
about this carefully. This includes discussing it in detail. Let's wait for
at least a week before starting the vote process. The first round already
was too abrupt. Just see what Tres posted here, you just *need* time to
think about this, and your opinion changes in this time, hopefully to the
better.
2. I wrote several times that I intend to take over managing the voting
process (using other, proper tools). You kept ignoring this.

I understand you, and it's great that you are so eager to help, I really
appreciate it! (I guess so does everyone here). We need people like you!
But we have to be patient. Okay?
