No we don't. The LADSPA plugins are separate programs and not a part of
LMMS. They can, and are, licensed under their own licenses and their
licensing does not affect the license of LMMS.

LMMS is licensed under GPLv2, and all code, including native plugins, in
LMMS itself is GPLv2. Since there isn't any kind of copyright assignment
for LMMS contributors, this means that the LMMS situation is very
similar to that of the Linux kernel: the license can only be changed by
acquiring the explicit consent of everyone who's ever contributed code
to LMMS.
