By the way. I agree that properly fixing jack support is most likely a huge time-sink. There are more productive things to do. Although, i'd love to see proper support so I can work with lv2 and audio-tracks in ardour.
Hopefuly someone with some jack experience will help us out. If reading the api is insufficient then we may have to hack at the ardour source, and this is not fun.
