I'm running "2.6.31.4-rt14" here so it's not a problem of forgetting to 
compile rt scheduling into the kernel.  The .4.5 version of lmms was barely 
usable with jack on my system.  The latest version takes a step back and makes 
ffado go nuts badly enough that I have to reboot.
