Yep, that one is always on my mind. Again some tricky conceptual problems. I've run through many possibilities in my head but cannot get around to implementing them yet. We want to be able to show both a midi mixer strip AND a track info panel in the Arranger strips. So one question is which one gets the left hand side? Do we put the midi mixer strip on the left and the track info on the right, or vice vesa, or make it user-switchable? Werner's MusE-evolution branch had two little buttons to click, to show either the midi mixer strip and/or the track info panel. Also, we would like to make the Arranger strips with a variable splitter, much like we do with the piano roll. But look closely and you see there's an issue with the Arranger strips' scroll bar - we custom draw so that the scroll bar is on the OUTSIDE of the strip yet still controls the strip itself. (I think, something like that.) If we throw a variable splitter in there, the scroll bar then becomes placed INSIDE the strip and it becomes a bit of a mess. I think that was the general problem there, if I recall correctly. > > Same goes for the audio strips. I'm certain we can do something - anything... to make it better. Tim. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Dive into the World of Parallel Programming.
