Interesting ideas, atleast from a technical perspective, most of the
strip could be customizable in this way. :)

>From a practical perspective it might be to overdo it if everything
was customizable, but still. I'll try to get back to this in a while
see if I can produce a mock up of the functionality I think I would
like to have.. not now though.
