I don't know that spreading this thinner and trying to create another
community on top of an already existing community is a grand idea.  We
could, in theory, have stuff spread around everywhere, but this generally
isn't a good idea.  I don't want to have to check forums, launchpad, and yet
another community to try and get answers.  Perhaps I'm misunderstanding the
idea of this, but we already have a pretty decent framework in place.
