Thanks for the help. Note that only one existing file is modified; the
remainder are new files.
This code is difficult to test with phpunit or selenium. Because of the low
test coverage, I include example code.
This code is written for the new version of FirePHP / Developer's Companion /
Insight. Log4php is the only other required library.
