Uploaded new FirePHP Appender.
Removed FirePHP.php dependency, added Layout support
I removed the dependency on FirePHP.php; This appender now silently does
nothing, if this requirement is missing.
I added Layout support. I had problems getting a Layout header to work, and
FirePHP does not seem to support Layout footers.
I left commented code, if someone else wants to try to support this.
I renamed the example to your style, which is now more user friendly.
Hopefully, this important piece will not be ignored by users.
