wow! I just got an abusive phone call from an angry recruitment whore.
After demanding information about me - that could have been easily gleaned
from my home page if he fucking read it - he got annoyed when I politley
pointed out that I hadn't contacted him to my knowledge, thanks very much,
good bye/.. This was after he admitted to using a search engine to find my
CV..
A couple of seconds later I got phone call about a job at goldman sachs,
on the web conversion of their trading floor using java, I listlened
politely and said that java did suck and that I preferred perl. then the
guy who was different to the person who called about 2 mins before said oh
no! you're the wrong person, your shit take your fucking cv off the web.
he sounded alan partridge like - it was like the moment where alan says
smell my cheese.
so I'm contacting goldman sachs to see if they really are looking for java
developers for a project starting in march and if so then their
recruitment company found my CV on the web and were abusive when I pointed
out that I was employed and not prepered to give them details. Despitye
the fact that I stated on my homepage and the page pointid to my CV that I
was currently employed.
