Oh that's all right - we don't trust our employees integrity either...

13: Activities during employment
You will not during your employment, except with the written consent of the
Company, be directly or indirectly engaged, concerned or interested in any
other trade, business or occupation.


So (technically) I'm not allowed to ask anyone one this list how work is, or
ask my dad or flatmate how their businesses are doing. This probably also
means that I'm not allowed to own shares in any other company (direct concer
or interest), and ISA's, PEP's or any other form of investment are out
(indirect interest and concern).

Needless to say I'm meeting the CEO to either 1)get this clause removed
(preferable), or 2) appended with 'offering relevant services'


I know that other companies probably have something similar.... but here I
get the feeling that they might actually make use of it...
