if it's worth anyone else commenting, i can see the screen ok if i make my
browser window larger than normal, but then i can't see my other windows.
that doesn't matter so much, but then i'm left with lines of text about
150 characters long, which is uncomfortable.

apart from that, i'd suggest sticking a state51 logo somewhere.  we don't
really have an up-to-date logo, but if people are ok with the idea we
could maybe come up with one though.
