Oi! Leon! No! Well, yes, following the rules the next social would be on Thursday 3rd and the next technical meet would be on Thursday 17th, but of course the third is really very close indeed to the first, and people may not be fully sober. On the other hand, if we did move it to the tenth, it'd be close to the technical meeting (although as yet I don't have speakers, a venue, or even better, a little helper to delegate organisation to- offers on any of all of these off list, ta). So, how would people feel about a one-month-only move to a Friday meeting, on the fourth of January? (This may help the out-of-towners make it in for a social.
