Please can someone unsubscribe me from this list while i still have a mail box. I have tried to email the listadmin but the results are below (undeliverable). Also i have forgotton my password. (being yet another web pw to recall). The talk on here is worth reading but it is also a full time job and I have to empty my mail several times a day so please unsubscribe me before I leave a connected machine for more than a couple of days.
