C# and the CLR have also been submitted to the ISO standards board.
Microsoft doesn't learn very quickly but it does learn. Add that to the new
commitment to getting VS C++ up to spec and it looks like Micorosft is
putting a lot more investiment in to standards than many other language
venders.
