Hi All

On this subject, how do you get involved in reviewing books, as I'd love to
do this, be there financial gain or not?

Thanks

Yay. Which one?

I was paid by O'Reilly for one of the books I did for them (but not for the
other).
It wasn't a lot, but it did also involve free books, ego strokes, etc. As
I understand it, though, it rather depends on the author, and the stage at
which people get involved in the process.

I have a friend who has done tech reviewing for Manning, so I'll ask him,
but IIRC he wasn't paid.
