While you may be able to use as many tech reviewers as you like, someone 
still has to go over the tech reviewer's responses, and this takes 
someone's time and effort.

Personally, as an author I'd like to get as many tech reviewers as 
possible, and I'd go over them myself, rather than having my editor look 
at them first.  But then, that's the Open Source way isn't it....
